How it works

  1. Intake conversation

    We talk through the date, group size, setting, the tone you want and any dietary needs.

  2. Proposal and sample wine list

    You receive a proposal with theme options and a draft list of wines to react to.

  3. Confirm the details

    We lock in the wines, glassware, staffing and timing, and confirm the agreement and deposit.

  4. The tasting

    Whitney leads the experience, with stories behind every bottle and room for questions.

  5. After the event

    Optional follow-ups like gift bottles or a curated case for guests who want more.

Founder

Meet Whitney

Wine as more than a beverage: a journey through culture, history and connection.

Whitney Crehan is a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) with more than 16 years in food, wine and hospitality. She trained at The Culinary Institute of America in New York and studied wine at the CIA at Greystone in Napa Valley.

Today she leads the tasting room at Stolpman Vineyards in Los Olivos, and founded Wine Wander to make fine wine approachable, memorable and personal.
